Job description: Making sales calls on Physician offices and presenting them with the Fidelity Care advantage with the purpose of generating new or renewing past home health care referrals. These calls will be in person and on the phone. Email and fax will also be used extensively. The salesperson will be updating a CRM to help manage their pipeline of new and existing business. Compensation plan is very generous and full training is provided. Most of the offices visited will be in a limited area of Northwest Houston, but the salesperson will spend at least 1 day per week in Brenham, TX as well.

Job requirements: Energetic and willing to make cold in-person visits on potential clients for at least 30+ visits per week. Willing to attend at least 2-4 networking events per week. Able to easily and quickly build rapport with physicians, nurses, and office managers.  Thick skin when clients say ‘no’ for now. Comfortable with learning and/or using a CRM, internet, email, social media.

Experience preferred: Candidates with sales experience and a proven background will be given first priority although we are willing to look at other candidates with relevant experience.
